1# Get into a Breakfast Routine- and Stick to It!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it matters more what you do with it. One of the best ways to maintain a healthy digestion system and keep your energy levels consistent is to find a morning routine that works for you and stick with it.
Try to eat the same thing at the same time every morning, or at least as often as possible. Find a good tea and some healthy, slow-releasing energy-boosting foods. Work a light stretch into your morning whenever possible.
2# One Of The More Important Self Care Tips – Set Yourself Water Goals
Water is the life force of the human body. It benefits every element of your physical health and is also proven to make you feel better mentally. You should ideally drink two to four liters of water a day, depending on your size and lifestyle.
Buy yourself a refillable water bottle and track how much you drink. Set goals for yourself throughout the day and make yourself get used to them. It may surprise you just how much better you feel because of it!
3# Walk It Off in the Fresh Air
At least once per day, get outside and stretch your legs. Everyone should be doing at least half an hour of exercise per day, and this is a great solution if you are not actively minded.
The gym is not for everyone, but most able-bodied people can take a 30-minute stroll. If you can’t, at least get into the fresh air and move around as much as you can.

When you find yourself with a spare hour, use it to look after your body on the outside. Exfoliate, moisturize, put on a facemask, or have a bath. Small things such as getting a pedicure or having your hair done to revitalize our mental health and leave us in a far better position.
